Honestly, at some point, it's just stupid...
Obviously management can't be pushing very hard on CRA...

At the same time, those same idiots could have easily distributed a first payment when delisting and a second with the certificate in hand...

Clearly they were more concerned with making sure there couldn't be any possible draw back on administrators and the BOD, than returning anything to shareholders in a timely fassion.

Can you say losers? Remember their names,
