West Virginia Office of Miners' Health Safety and Training Emergency Communications & Tracking Last revised: July 26, 2007 “West Virginia Communication and Tracking Plans were due July 31, 2007. They are currently under review. Operators should expect approval or rejection by August 31, 2007. In the case of rejection, detailed grounds for rejection will be provided and a period of 15 days allowed for modification and resubmission. In the case of approval, 15 days will be allowed from submission of purchase orders or other proof of purchase for any equipment to complete the approved plan along with its installation and ongoing maintenance.
