September 2007: Fairmont Supply Acquires Brite Stars Sales July 2007: Fairmont Supply Acquires Piping & Equipment Fairmount seems to have $$ for M&A activity. I'm thinking way ahead here but I think once orders and sales materialize ACT will become a takeover target if not for Fairmount than for one of the other companies that might try to get into this market (with the rest of the tech market not recovering wery well it could even be a tech company). They might be buying a company that could potentially get a large share of the market (we will see shortly after 21st) to place themselves at the front.
