No hege advance

No hege advance I don't think we will see a huge advance on this news. The event horizon for deals is still far away. There could be also the added pressure from the options float. However, I believe that this story is going to provide a stady advance into high 40's low 50's untill the GM. It seems majourity of share holders are most interested in the near term goals of MSHA certification, delivery and contracts from WV. This is a huge news though for anyone with a 12-18 month outlook. I would even risk to say that the certification in China will be relatively quick, by Sept 2008. When a government there wants something to get done it gets done! Mine safety is an emabarrising issue for the government and they will get things cleaned up in a hurry. Coal is also the only domestic secure energy source and the government knows how safety shortcuts can lead to supply interruptions. From strategic perspective, this is important to their national security.
