I won't chase the rally in ACT.  I am already overweight looking to make some quick money on the turn and then hold a position until Q3 '09 or Q4 '09.  Let them have a chance to really get loaded up on all the mines that are waiting until the last minute to pick a system.  It is my hope that ACT will be a popular choice because their technology is desireable - not saying superior,  but we do more or have more potential to do more.  A lot of tech savvy mine safety managers will see ACT as a desireable pick.

So can't wait to start buying stuff again...  need another day or two of bleeding...

Sorry to all you guys still holding stuff...   I'm still holding my ACT because I waited too long to get out and now wouldn't make sense selling...  I thought MSHA Approval would have been in August for sure.  Now it doesn't matter anymore...   June 2009 would be a little late in my opinion,  but sometime before then.
