I'm not convinced that the handset news is all that relevant.  You could imagine that the handset is a slam dunk,  not to mention that they can always partner a handset,  and there isn't that much money in the handset side of things anyway. 

So the real question is, 

"What sales are lurking in the shadows now that MSHA is in..."
AND
"What is the time frame between this approval,  next approval,  and companies making decisions to commit a PO to ACT..."

???

It will be new Purchase Order announcements that will give us Northbound direction on share price IMHO...  However,  and also IMHO,  I can see purchasing agents, who are in the know, ready to move on THIS news,  which means we could see orders coming in over the next month...  that could be exciting.

This is just what I think and I definitely do not have a crystal ball that makes the above anything more than just my opinion which is merely designed to stimulate conversation among some of the posters here who are more in the know than I am about current economics and this companies prospects.
