I guess this is where Warren Buffet is borne out in his philosophy... I've made a lot more money waiting than I have trading...

So far ACT is the best performer in my portfolio this year.  Been in since 2007 and was starting to get pretty disillusioned - especially with the economy screwing itself into a tight hole... 

ACT is somewhat recession resistant since there is legislation behind us.  Doesn't mean some miners can't go paws up asking for relief from the legislation,  but I suspect you have to prove financial hardship.  Some will find that easy,  some will get laughed out of the room...
