RE: How high do you see ACT going??

RE: How high do you see ACT going??
Hey Mike.

Actually,  about 6 months ago was when ACT was looking like wild speculation.  We were all sitting around waiting for MSHA approval and ACT looked like they would be running out of money because sales for non-MSHA sites just weren't coming in on time and the world was well on it's way too H*E*LL to buy hand baskets.  Without MSHA approval,  this product was dead in the water.  NOW I wish I had bought 2,000,000 at .05¢  LOL

But since the main node component has been approved,  ACT is free sailing again.  It's not like IF THEY CAN CREATE A WIRELESS NETWORK,  or  IF IT WORKS UNDERGROUND,  or  IF IF IF...  at this point.  It's now a matter of how much at this point.  Remember that ACT was all the way up to .60+ when it looked like they were a go.  P.O.'s were amassed up to about $20 Million awaiting MSHA approval.  That told me the mining industry liked the product.  Now we are waiting to see HOW MUCH they like it.  That is the big unknown here.

If ACTIVEMINE really is the state of the art product that we believe it to be then mine operators will pick it over other products.  If P.O.'s come in to the tune of say $60 Million then we could theoretically see a share price North of .40¢.  Someone posted in here that they thought that was way too conservative - should be higher.  That's fine... I'm not good at the math  -  and I would be thrilled with a dollar.  I want to wait a quarter or two to see what the actuals are and then make up my mind about share price.

But I think we are all agreed that this puppy will hit .40¢ and probably in short order...  like if not next week then definitely on or before June 1st.  June 15, 2009 is the deadline under the Miners Act in the USA for mine operators to have a wireless communications device in place for mine safety or they get hit with pretty big fines.  We just saw an article the other day where they will be given substantial tax breaks for complying with the Act...  I just got that...  the Miners ACT.  LOL

So how much tail wind do you want on an investment ?  Just shaved 3 hours off my Hong Kong flight last week because we had a Category 5 hurricane pushing us home...  168 mph tailwind.

I think that's what makes this investment so exciting right now.  it will buck the recession because it is legislated and commodities aren't going to disappear and there is a deadline for the mine operators to do something.  Will they go cheap or look for what might be considered to be the best system out there.  I know we are exuberant here but I still think this product will see favourable responses,  and if it does,  we will see an incredibly good return on our investment in the company.  So far they have not made any bonehead moves that would put me off to their ability to achieve lofty goals.

Just the way I see it, not necessarily the way it is...
