I see they have another series of mine-related deaths.  Unfortunately,  ACT wouldn't have been able to prevent loss of life in that one...   something about keeping the detonators and explosives to close to the campfire ???  well almost that bad... they were storing explosives close enough to the dormitories that when what happened (shouldn't have happened if they followed safety regulations...) happened,  loss of life was almost certainly guaranteed.

This is my big concern with China as a market.

I suspect the Ministry of Mining was more concerned about loss of machinery and interruption to production.  I don't know that for certain but have a bias to China's track record on safety concerns NOT preempting the almighty dollar.
