One thing I noticed when I was in TIM Timminco 2 years ago, was that the arrival of spammers seem to be connected with some huge upswings. Maybe they contribute to the buzz and people start loading up because of it... I dunno... I hope not.
So while you have to step over those messages like a little doggie present left in the park by an inconsiderate dog owner, they are an indication of something - you know - like deer - sign... :-)
