I think a string of sales announcements with a couple of new value-add announcements can push us pretty good.

Again,  all about sales.  If the McWhirters of the world see activity in that area they may want to start picking away early if they are confident that ACT is going to move a profitable pace with lots of potential upside. I think mid-.30's should be relatively easy to get through.
