I think the players who do that exact action don't pay commission... I think they get a bulk deal.  But I also think it's an iceberg order and you can't see the whole thing and it is a computer program that keeps slicing off minimum lot amounts at whatever price and at whatever direction.

I don't know what it indicates....  maybe they intend to take the price higher ?
