Inves20 raised some good points about pp at .10¢.  But I am also thinking it could be that they know they are close (that is a relative term of course and I am still subscribing to the 4 - 6 month time frame from June 15th.  MSHA is in nobody's hurry,  especially a bunch of gamblers like us.

So I think starting October 15th earliest... especially with the eocnomy not picking up as expected.  They may drag their feet further as a favour to the miners... or they could speed it up as a favour to the economy...

So in the meantime,  the folks in a hurry to get return on their money just lose patience and dump their shares.

Just my theory.  I have a low ball in mind that I would like to see before getting back in... or the CHART changes.  Inves20 is pretty good at spotting that change before it's apparent... unless of course we go parabolic... then you would have to be blind to miss it...

Trying to pick the bottom is a tricky game...

Needless to say,   IF WE DO GO TO .05¢,  it will be very hard to buy shares because DAWGS and myself and a bunch of you will be smashing open out piggy banks to get in at that price...

So if any of you are reading this and have determined that at .05¢ you are selling your shares,  don't worry about buyers for them,  there will be a lineup...

But sadly for right now it appears to be the doldrums on ACT.  JMHO
