New Sales Team performing on the same level as the old team. I wonder why we have a sales team that has not generated a single sale (ActiveMine) yet continue to show up on pay days with their hand out. Do they even have sales quotas to meet or do they just idely go from mine to mine hoping to trip over a contract?
SH's were put in a financial loss position through the consolidation to save the company but to date the only ones that seem to have benifitted are the ones that kept their jobs but still perform at a level that does not inspire confidence or profits that can be passed onto SH's. They never seem to have any trouble finding the money to meet the pay roll but there is never anything left for distribution to the SH's that have been there from the start.
Lets start to see some improvement in SH Value & the SP or let the rest of the deadwood go that put the company into a death spiral to begin with. Sell the companies technology to someone that can sell it & get it installed not sitting on a shelf in some obsure warehouse IMO.
This company (CEO & BOD's) needs to demonstrate some leadership & set some firm goals for employees to aspire to & if they cannot meet these goals then let them go & bring in some people that have the sales ability & industry contacts to garner some contracts.
Just a screwed (consolidation) SH's opinion but enough is enough GIT R DONE or Get Out Of Dodge !!! Saving the company was great but why was it saved seems to beg the question !!
