I hate to say it but....

we're under a million shares bid at .015. It looks like .01 is a foregone conclusion as large numbers on the sell side.
It's truly sad to see this company fall so far.

Nobody likes consolidations & ACT is no exception. It signals a failure by management to get sales & therefore profit. Investors buy some companies on the strength of management so when management fails they punish the stock.Most take years to recover (SP) after a consolidation if they ever  come around. The odds are very badly stacked against ACT succeeding.Everyone is waiting until ...more

It is not that important what the SP will be after consolidation (it will rise) as whether or not the SP remains at the post consolidation price. Unless ACT has new revenue or can make a living off existing accounts the SP in all probability will drift downward. Usually post consolidation the SP slides unless management has some great news to get out on the street soon after consolidation.ACT has ...more

Until the meeting approves the consolidation & the true numbers are releeased (20-1) there is no way to put a post consolidation price on the shares. However ,as i have stated the SP will be considerably higher  but for how long is anyones guess.It will be interesting to see what the financing price will be & how well it is participated in by the markets. Look at ol Incesto tryin to stick around til the end,funny I never see u post on CHM and WDG,remember those ones,the ones u said your crystal ball told u were going to break below $2,not only did that not happen,they broke through $3 and going much higher..Keep hiding in the sewers chump!!  Keep makin picks like that and you'll never get to retire,lol
