Gold Participating Bond Offering - 8.5%Atna has announced a gold participating bond offering at 8.5%. I was anticipating an equity offering based on previous insider selling by Anglo Pacific. It appears that there will be no equity offering at current price levels which is positive. Anglo Pacific has "capped" the price of the shares at
.60 based on their recent insider selling. The market is awaiting positive cash flow prior to trading outside of the current range.
