Having a hard time finding a consensus on the sharesoutstanding on Winston. Winston year end 2017 issued Nov 29 says 12,564,526. Winston halted at .56 today. That's a market cap of $7,036,134.

7,036,134 / 25,000,000 = .28

So it looks like Winston shareholders are getting 1.6 shares of ATT for each of their shares. Or valuing ATT shares at .28.

I can't confirm this because I'm uncertain of Winston actual sharecount. But this should be ball park as Winston would need a premium to sell out to ATT.

Anybody wanna dbl check my math/info?
