why did it take until

why did it take untila week ago to queer the deal with the first auditor and who is trying to cover who's azz?  Are we going to go another 5 months and have the same thing happen.  Somebody needs to give up some real skin for this bullchit!  This seems to be a long drawn out pilfer from this shareholders standpoint.  Securities needs to stop this kind of deliberate delay tactic.  Any class-actions yet?
