I sort of think the best thing, is the Securities Commission, should shut them down, and sell all the assets, and return what's left to shareholders. Otherwise, U have the CEO/CFO/COO draining 500,000 from the balance sheet every year and no revenue etc, and they probably playing golf somewhere. Shut this thing down, and return  the assets to the shareholders.
