To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that I will no longer be acting as a Research and Investor Relations Consultant on behalf of Adanac Molybdenum Corp, from this date onward.  I am terminating this association for various reasons, personal and otherwise.  The most pertinent reason being the removal of the two people most responsible for the previous advancement & successes to date of the Ruby Creek project, Larry Reaugh &  Mike MacLeod.  These two gentlemen's removal has very obviously created major doubts & concerns for the completion & success  of Ruby Creek in a rather large number of investors minds from the extensive feedback I have recieved of late and also with myself personally.  I have always & do still, firmly believe that RC is a world class Molybdenum project, but to me the direction & ability of new management  & current directorship is a very large & far too important unknown.  I will be advising certain shareholders loyal to myself of my decision, but will also continue {as in past} to remain very positive {when asked} that the RC project has more than sufficient potential to become an operational world class mine and at some point may well achieve full financial funding a/o a major strategic partner to aid in said advancement.  I would like to thank all the Adanac staff & management for an interesting 3.5 years.  I do wish Adanac & their new team the very best of luck in the future success of Ruby Creek.

Sincerely: Ken Reser
