Ault Alliance's Brazen Dividend Deception

In his latest company announcement dated June 3, 2024, Milton C. Ault (aka Milton Todd Ault III) revealed that Ault Alliance will pay special dividends based on revenues from Sentinum, Inc. This announcement, made almost a month before the annual shareholder meeting, follows Mr. Ault's pattern of exploiting investors around significant events such as this meeting.

in this case, Mr. Ault's strategy unfolds as follows:
  1. Announce dividends: One month before the annual shareholder meeting.
  2. Provide additional dividend details: Two weeks before the annual shareholder meeting.
  3. Postpone special dividend: One week before the annual shareholder meeting.
  4. Request an increase in Ault Alliance’s common shares and a reverse stock split: At the annual shareholder meeting.
  5. Execute a reverse stock split: One month after the shareholder meeting, with a ratio of one for thirty-five, while simultaneously selling at least 6M shares.
This sequence results in investors facing a diluted investment. It's crucial to note that both Sentinum and Ault Alliance are experiencing financial losses. There simply isn't any money available for special dividends. Mr. Ault's motive is to secure funds to sustain his legal Ponzi scheme.
