Milking Investor Scheme
On May 15, 2024, Milton C. Ault (also known as Milton Todd Ault III) quietly disclosed Ault Alliance's 2024 Q1 results. As usual, the company recorded a net loss of approximately $15 million for the three-month period ending March 31, 2024. Remember his statement from last April, "This performance is a testament to our focused strategy and the hard work of our dedicated team"?
Furthermore, his "Milking Investor's scheme" persists. Just two days later, on May 17, he reported to the SEC that he is borrowing money through Ault and Company, his personal company, using Ault Alliance and Sentinum Inc. as collateral. Isn't it striking?
