Sorry filling up your Board with CCD stuff but we need help

Sorry filling up your Board with CCD stuff but we need helpAn Insurance Agent WAS Running A Mining Company #10

True to form, there is never one cockroach as the wheels get greased the roaches keep coming back. After sitting back and reading all the Stockhouse postings from this past week I had to shake my head as many of the same old posters resurface like RareEarth1 year after year with nothing positive to add. I think RE1 goes further back than me.

Golly darn jeez I must be one of those whiners RR1 make reference. As he says "bunch of whiners making up conspiracy stories based on falsehoods" is an interesting comment but does not back up what is false but more importantly what is true. So RR1, what is false and what is true? RR1 says 'phone Harder' which is an excellent idea. Most of us have and he does not answer nor return calls. RR1 must have a privilege inside track to get your calls returned so hopefully you will grace us with none conspiracy facts. Facts would be good so please pass on to us whiners that know nothing.

Then we have Jr22monster who informs us TDV has put out a research report on CCD but forgot to share what is said. But does claim TDV "makes many of the posts seem foolish and not well researched FYI. Looks like CCD is headed in the right direction". Now I have to say this sounds positive that TDV is back after being absent for some time. TDV letters in the past brought in millions and millions of share buying. After digging around I found out what TDV had to say. Since Jr22monster does not want to share this with you I will. Over all Ed is happy to see Borch (Redburg) and Harder/InCoR working together and added he can see things finally turning around for the better blah blah blah maybe the stock is not worth $2 a share but better days are coming. Okay, this sounds promising but......Harder/InCoR hate Borch and would do anything to have him gone. Once Ed kicks the tires and looks under the hood a little further he will probably have to restate his thoughts, and upgrade new information to facts. It does look like TDV did bring in some buying and has boosted the share price a penny. This will really disappoint Harder/InCoR because it is their interest to keep the shares as low as possible before they start issuing themselves millions upon millions of new shares, options and warrants at the lowest price possible.

Talking about keeping the shares down. Ever noticed when CCD starts to catch a bid or two and ticks up someone comes racing out and sells a few hundred dollars worth of shares and down ticks the price. Must be my conspiracy thoughts that RR1 mention because why would anyone want to sell their shares below market when all they have to do is sit on the offer and someone will buy them!

Now let's get to the three news releases that came out earlier in the week. On the surface they look like a little housekeeping. Looking into one release  a little deeper and you can see the early stages of a poison pill plan being assembled. You would have thought Harder/InCoR would have responded to the dissident shareholder letter but no they slither around with a plan to try to stop someone that has the gull to stand up to them and challenge their end game which is another Sheer Minerals and Zinc One....talk about issuing millions and millions of shares after a huge roll back its Zinc One, OMG it is bad. So much for Harders first news release a few months back when he spoke about fiduciary duty. He obviously does not know what that means.

Not sure who brought up the notion that you don't have to be a mining person to successfully run a mining company. Valid point and worth some consideration considering a real estate developer from West Van has probably raised the most money on one of the biggest Canadian mining deals of late, Artemis Gold ARTG-V. Looking into this further the founder has surrounded himself with top mining people and is not running the day to day events, just a very large shareholder willing to make a fortune with smarter people then himself in the mining field.  We got an insurance agent and the dreaded biggest and worst partner InCoR. Oh yes, even Ed mentions InCoR in his little letter so I am not the only one knowing about this little friendly behind closed doors relationship that some seem to doubt exists. Harder had a crack  last year as CEO of CCD and failed miserably. What else is there to say about that topic!

I had to think over why the AGM has been pushed off to the middle of November. Virus, I don't think so. My conclusion is it pushes out as far as Harder/InCoR can delay to force Golden's hand and walk away from our joint arrangement. Golden Minerals has never acknowledged any arrangement with CCD to their shareholders, yet when I post this information on Stockhouse Golden board I get hundreds of hits so there is interest it would seem. They just have a put option to decide if they will exercise it or not. It cost them $150,000 up front to write the option. Golden Minerals are know fools and will have nothing to do with Harder/InCoR so by delaying the AGM H/I are hoping Golden walks. If Golden was to drill this coming winter, summer down south they need to line up rigs and people so late AGM might prevent any work getting down therefore missing out on a golden opportunity with CCD.  I can definitely be called out on this hunch because that is all it is, a hunch. But like so many of the other hunches they seem to keep coming up true.

My guess is Golden Minerals will be back to the table when Borch replaces certain Board members. I say 'will be back' because Harder/InCoR have no idea what forces are coming to make positive change. Slithering around Howe Street can get you saddled up to the bar with a lot of other cockroaches but when people who do the right thing other people with deep pockets can open a lot of doors quickly. TDV your right, better days are coming.

The chatter about Dr DD from UBC who happens to have a PHD should be done. Just because someone hides out on a University campus does mean they cannot be  another Howe Street scammer. Look how he fleeced Sheer Minerals and others not worth mentioning. End of discussion on Dr DD and CCD

Low volume is all about the inability of insiders to trade the stock because of regulatory restrictions when they falsely claimed Covid to delay their release. Judging from the down ticks on the share price right before closing it shows that this restriction has not stopped Harder/InCoR from using their proxies to do their illegal share manipulation stunts. These guys are just really bad people right to the core.

So there you have it after another eventful week on the Billboards. Hope everyone has a great long weekend and gets rested up for the rumble in the jungle coming this fall between Harder/InCoR and Borch/Redburg and most of all the shareholders. In the end the mob is justified in ruling here.
