Reason for action & jump today?

Up 7% today on good volume. Can anyone expound on the reason? Was a total disappointment that the FDA approval didn't make a greater, lasting SP improvement.

Also, anyone know why StockHouse "Insiders" last list insider activity in 2015?

The Voclosporin improvement in the cyclosporin world should make this stock a barn burner.
