Is the sweetheart $2,700,000 Osisko bonus to Marrone legal?Dear Board of Directors:
I expect you to explain tomorrow during conference call how the sweetheart $2,700,000 bonus to Marrone is actually legal when shafted Yamana retail shareholders are already paying Marrone multi millions to negotiate the deal for Osisko.  I have never heard of a CEO getting a special bonus for doing the work he is already paid for.
