Golddown again& Marrone still silent on banks rigging case

Golddown again& Marrone still silent on banks rigging caseGold has dropped again today below $1120 and yet Marrone and all other Gold company CEOs have remained silent since US Justice announced criminal investigaton of banks for rigging gold price in Feb. 23 and even with the EU getting involved on August 25th Marrone still will not speak out. What possible positive reason could Marrone give for staying silent while the price of gold craters along with Yamana stock price which is off 80% this year?  The gold price has crater nearly 50% from well over $1,900  five years ago so the banks are certainly not rigging the price to go higher so what possible reason does Marrone have for not speaking out especially with Yamana investors losingtheirasses as stock is now down over 90% over past 3 years?
