Hi all:

I find this very interesting that on a day that the stock is up 13.74% that insiders are still buying. All these seems to be small buys as they only bought 66,300 shares in total and over 139 transactions (or 477 shares per transaction). See chart below:

The only rational reason I can think of is their action seems to say "this is free money, better grab some while you can". Of course that means a buyout is coming and every little bit will pay off very quickly.

I'm the last guy in the world to believe in a buyout. They seldom happen and not always means get rick quick either. The Stockhouse BBs are full of people fantasizing their stock would be bought out everyday. However, in this case I have no other answer than that as the only likely motive.

Of course we all hope this guess is correct this time.
