Insider Sales
Insider SalesI reviewed insider transactions on sedi and found the following:
1. Bharti (Director) still owns 5,300,000 shares.
2. Dudek (SR VP/Exploration) owns 2,350,000 shares
3. Begeman (President & CEO) owns 2,850,000 options
4. Duras (CFO) owns 150,000 and has a history of selling almost as soon as he receives options.
The list of insider transaction had little or no significant moves other than Duras and Bharti. Duras sells as soon as he gets his options so it is not out of pattern.
Bharti has the largest holding of all of management/Directors so his sales are not concerning to me unless he starts dumping his position.
Begeman and Dudek didn't sell shares and the rest of the insiders were quiet as well.
The fact that insiders are holding here is good and gives me a level of comfort. If they are holding here we are likely to see better value for our shares in the near term. Going through the sedi reports on a regular basis is a good idea, just to keep your finger on the pulse of the company.
