What part of Africa? Mali is a pretty safe jurisdiction about the only issue has been shipping in parts being land locked; however, this IMO was a pure management issue as an alternative plan should be in place regardless of location. Look at the neighbours operating in Mali and Burkina Faso. Some of the world's biggest gold miners. As an investor about your only decision would be valuation versus valuation in a perceived safer jurisdiction. Lot's of opportunity across the board at similar prices but, the upside here in terms of resources is pretty decent IMO.
