RE: Stabile Sometimes they set the trading ranges in pre-market on the alpha exchange using small orders. I've even seen them set up the target a few days out on there. Basically you'll see limited or no orders then you'll see an order for 100 or 300 on either said. eg. 300 at 1.61 on the bid and 100 at 1.84 on the ask.
It's not always consistent as sometimes NR and the general buying takes over but, on the regular trading days with low to regular volume seems to be accurate.
