They've been sayin 200k run rate by Q3 since late last year. That isn't a change or a negative as it's old news. IMO they expect higher grades to be coming out over the next few quarters. Plus it takes time to ramp up. They are just putting the mill in place now and probably will be starting production by the end of Q2 with a ramp up. That is on schedule.
