That or they put themselves in the position to blame operational failure directly on the coup. They arranged the options pre-coup and mentioned at PDAC how they fixed the issues from last fall; yet, with a coup under a month they still ended up having parts delayed. Now to be fair that may be indirectly related and a problem of the contractor building the expansion. I would definitely welcome an underpromise over deliver scenario but, they haven't exactly done that in two years so, not expecting it now. In the long run it doesn't matter as 200k capacity will come on line. Just would have been nice to have some boosted production during the tax exempt period.
