Who would vote yes?
Who would vote yes? Unless you are insane or mentally challenged, I just don't see who in the world would vote 'yes' for this deal come October 16th, or if the odd few would, i definitely do not see 66.3% voting yes.
I myself needed some clarification about the exact details of the 'merger', however after gaining that clarification, it appears quite clear that this deal does not benefit any long who owns AVR.
Am I missing something here or does it seem very improbable that this deal will go through?
