RE:RE:HUGE demand -LI,NI,CO, GRAPHITE-2020, 2021,2022 etcI am confident that AAL is a great investment.  I actually purchased more shares last week. Even if you are short on AAL, the price is amazing right now (although I did laugh at the wall someone has on shares at the .64 CAD mark).

If you are wondering about downside, I can only really forsee a few possibilities:

#1)  The political climate in Argentina could change for the worse.  However, the 10% temporary tax applied on lithium exports will more than likely be removed by 2020. Labour in Argentina can also be problematic.

#2) If management enters into a poor financing deal to finance the project (see what happened to NMX).

#3) Brine production could significantly change after a plant is constructed.  Lithium is a small but growing market.  New technology could make evaporation ponds pointless. Brine should always be less to produce LC than Hardrock or Clay.  That can always change with new tech.

#4) Less lithium in cathodes is required. However, solid state batteries will probably require more lithium!!!

The upside,

#1) ORL has the means to purchase the remaining shares of AAL.  Toyota, who owns a good size portion of ORL, just had a great quarter, and probably is looking for more opportunities in the lithium space for future projects.  They are also acting as an agent of lithium which could be favourable to downside #1 - I will not explain that in detail.  True, Toyota has a two year no purchase clause but there is also an exception clause.

#2) ORL has a Phase 2 Olaroz expansion and Lithium Hydroxide plant (in Japan) are both fully funded.  There is a premium on LH to LC.

#3) I just noticed that Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF owns 1.2M shares of AAL, which I think must be a recent purchase.  I will be emailing two other ETF's (BATT and ACDC) to see if they will consider purchasing AAL.

#4) Lithium will be listing on the LME in the near future which will give stability to the LCE price.

#5)  The resource for AAL is probably going to increase by +1M tonnes after phase 3 drilling.  I think all four analyst covering AAL will more than likely increase the target price.

#6) David Siddo is correct.  Once the DFS is complete and filed than more investment can be made by Institutions into AAL. I still see lots of advertisments for AAL on TV (BNN).

Note, I own both AAL and ORL (amongst others).   Do your own research.  These are just my opinion not investment advice.   I am probably wrong about some of these points and missing some more relevant points.  However, I think this is a great board.  I welcome all opinions. I am a lithiuim bull and think the lithium ion battery is becoming a viable options for the everyday consumer. Good luck to all longs.

Cheers from Guelph!
