RE:Emailed AAL & ORL1) If they are selling the asset, this should have little impact due to the proper regulations that need to be followed to assess  and measure an asset - i.e. I don’t think potential buyers would be deterred because of a personal scandal. 

2) If they are raising funds to build out a project, this may have reputational risk impacts and deter potential investors for posting up funding. Big institutions would not like this, and would ensure the CEO be removed before funding.
