To get this dividend you were required to have bought this by the closee of the trading day of the 27th as the 28th is ex-date. Ex-date is the first day you can sell it and get the div of the 30th. The company paying the dividend is allowed 3 business days to confirm the owner of record and that therefore means you needed to buy AVF by closing of the 27th to be the shareholder to be paid the dividend. You Kherson sir are not eligible for this Mar div of .045 but will be for the April div of .035
