Elbow River is potentially more valuable in Parklands hands.  They have the financial strength to develop it into a greater asset.  AVF management, contrary to what many on this board believe, are not fools and would not have sold it off at the given price if they thought it was worth more to AVF.  If the money was not allocated to the Spyglass group, AVF would not likely have been included.
