board of directors? Were they elected to protect shareholder inerest? Did they all get into the egg nog early? Seems to me when the insiders bailed last yr at prices twice as high as today's mkt., they had a better understanding of things to come...like cutting the distribution & giving away the only real asset(Elbow River) & then getting the shaft on the merger..Oh & they actually took paycheques while destoying the co!! However,compared to the new CEO of the proposed merged Co.(he managed to take his Co. from $6.00 down to .35 cents in little over a yr.), AVF's management look real bright!! Definitely a bad deal...
