RE: RE: How much is AVF worth? It's not like PCE enjoys a premium for its management or its production. PCE & CHX are not in a much better shape, they are undervalued like 99% of companies in this sector. On the contrary, PCE shareholders will be able to get a dividend after the merger, in this risk off play on Canadian oil stocks, don't expect any capital gains on PCE or CHX this year.
The merger is the right thing to do imo...
