One  can   see  here  Joe 454  has  given  up  on  Plan  A  --the  three way  merger  and  is now advocating a  Plan  B       .  Is  there  any  synergy  between  the   oil and  gas properties  of  the  two  companies  or  are  they  unrelated ?
