Now What !

Now What !

Now that it appears that current management's exit strategy of getting out from underneath their failed co.has been scuttled by shareholders,I wonder how enthused or committed they will be to coming onto work after Tues. ..Had the deal gone through , they could have wiped their hands & walked away with one last payday & now I wonder if they will just be going through the motions....After all , they sold most of their stock (coincidently before the last dividend chop) , at levels north of $5.50 & thus don't have much skin left in the game...We need people at the helm whose interests are alligned with shareholders...If current management owned more shares , I don't think they would have ever entertained this merger idea in the first place or sold off E.R. ...Maybe it is time to bring in a slate of directors who would oust current managers & bring in someone who is truly interested in growing this business . The huge mkt price drop is in part a vote of non confidence directed at current manament's ability/desire  to turn things around & this has to be adressed asap or risk a fire sale of remaining assets.. Hopefully some of the institutions who also nixed this merger can now lead the charge..Does anyone else have any ideas how to stop the bleeding?
