Now that it appears that current management's exit strategy of getting out from underneath their failed co.has been scuttled by shareholders,I wonder how enthused or committed they will be to coming onto work after Tues. ..Had the deal gone through , they could have wiped their hands & walked away with one last payday & now I wonder if they will just be going through the motions..

You don't have to be credible to know when the executives of a company steal all the assets for their own personal use.Theft is legal in the corporate world.JMHO

  I don't think they are gonna fill their pockets Joe. I think they will pay off some debts and drill some wells. Sounds better than paying off Charger's debts... Kherson
