Mo.. All the big guys are voting yes ... Bancnovacorp scare tactic worked pretty good for a while n was able to brainwash quite a few big guys as well ... But now that brain freeze is coming off and YES vote making more sense after reviewing the facts and actual numbers and where we stand..?? Buying more time tactic worked actually better and gave shareholders a chance to go back to what they initially thought and now look at happening with SP and BOD and that impact is fading away .. Everybody is able to see clear picture and will be going for YES ... Well thought and out of that bancnovacorp brain freeze .... BTW where are they now?! And strange not to hear back from them ...;-)
