I can appreciate your opinion and where you are coming from Kingscourt. I don't agree with the statement that the majority has ruled though.

all we know is that there was not 2/3 of the votes. This means that either:

1) not enough shareholders voted to get the 2/3 required. ie. there could have been a 60% FOR and 0% AGAINST (Hypothetical). There has been no disclosure to the numbers.

2) We don't know which companies are FOR or AGAINST. PCE and AVF could be AGAINST. AVF could be for and PCE could be AGAINST, or vise versa.

3) The BOD has been voted and elected by you, the shareholders, thus you have created the binding contracts for the management. There has not been a vote against at any of the AGM's in the past and I would doubt that there would be enough votes to have the BOD overturned at future AGM's. (although this is speculative)
