Charger stock is trading at 11.5% of Avenex  (18% is proposed under Spyglass merger)

Pace stock is trading at  129% of Avenex (130% is proposed under Spyglass merger)

Intelligent traders offloaded CHX after the 40% upswing in late December.  It might be time to load up again at the new 52 week low.
