 Good digging Kingscourt. Sometimes you have to ask yourself, does management take us shareholders for a bunch of fools? I firmly believe that our corporate management team knew how bad the financial situation was at Pace before they agreed to this proposed merger. If they didn't, then you have to question their DD abilities and of course their competence at running the company and going forward...

 Anyway you now slice the outcome, the corporate management has to go...
