This is what many don't get it on here ... We all have to understand this no matter which way the vote goes in less than two weeks .... Management still gets the golden parachutes to land safely .... And it's BOD to blame who signed them up with those agreements but at the same time which are according to agreements they signed on ... Collateral damage .. Have to pay it ... Say shame on you three times to bad management and move on .... Cash out your stocks and put it somewhere where you see more opportunities and an entity with better potential of returns ... End of the day that why we all are here in the markets ... Profits... 

I am with you on that and say the same thing This management had to go for ruining the company and shame on them for unable to deliver what we were expecting from them ..... I will say Yes to merger ...because I can see potential to make money in 2013 ... I can see potential of it after reading the proposed merge model and like it ....
