RE: Avf

RE: Avf

I didn't look into Petrobakken or Perpetual, but google finance latest numbers show Pengrowth's yearly net income at $12.7m. Compared to the Spyglass family's -$205.74m (PCE-$153m, CHX-$53m,AVF-$2.74m). Pengrowth shows assets of $7.5b while the others combine for $1.08b (PCE $581m,CHX $93m, AVF $411m). I removed $80m from AVF because of Elbow river and put it against their debt.  Pengrowth debt at first glance appears high at $1.8b, but subtract that from their assets, coupled with their revenue they seem to be doing comparitively well. The sum of the Spyglass subsidiaries debt will be $260m (which I believe we will find to be a low estimate). When you are making -$205.74m a year, this is a high debt level. These are some fairly significant differences between these companies which explains part of the disconnect in the share movements.
