I still think back to the quote in the Calgary Herald last week:
But Tom Buchanan, the Charger chairman and chief executive who is to lead Spyglass, said in an interview Wednesday he believes the votes will proceed next week.
“Certainly all indications are it will go forward,” he said.
“We’re feeling better right now ... that the market knows there are no other superior proposals out there and that this proposal we’ve put in front of them is the right proposal.”
