Tris, in this case I believe it to be very unwise to estimate SGL share price using any relation to its dividend. They have already reduced it before the company has even been formed, and they said they would only guarantee it for six months, which, if I'm not mistaken have removed from the proposal as well. If they weren't worried about it, they wouldn't have needed to say anything regarding a timeframe at all. This company is going to have to prove that they can actually make a net profit, as not one of them was making one last year.
